Site Access & Preparation

The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area, including utilities, property access, and any necessary permissions. Delays caused by lack of access may affect scheduling and costs.

 

Concrete Characteristics

Concrete is a natural material. Variations in color, texture, and minor surface imperfections, including hairline cracks, are normal and do not affect structural integrity.

 

Delays & Scheduling

Project timelines may be affected by weather, site conditions, inspections, or material availability. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

 

Third-Party Services

We may coordinate with or recommend third-party services when necessary. Top G Concrete is not responsible for the performance of third-party providers.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top G Concrete shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.
