Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Top G Concrete, we believe clear communication and fair expectations make for the best projects. Because concrete work involves material orders, scheduling, and labor preparation, our refund policy reflects the realities of custom construction work.

Deposits

All projects require a deposit to secure your spot on our schedule and to cover materials, planning, and pre-construction preparation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work is scheduled.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: concrete orders, rebar, forms, excavation planning, and equipment scheduling.

Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled before materials are ordered and before work is scheduled, we may issue a partial refund of the deposit, minus any administrative or planning costs already incurred.

Once materials are ordered or work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Weather & Scheduling Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. In the event of rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions:

  • Projects may be rescheduled for quality and safety reasons.

  • Delays due to weather do not qualify for refunds.

Change Orders

Any changes requested after a contract is signed may result in:

  • Additional costs

  • Adjusted timelines
All change orders must be approved in writing before work continues.

Completed Work

Once work has been completed according to the agreed scope and contract, no refunds will be issued.

Concrete is a permanent installation, and once poured, finished, or cured, it cannot be returned or reversed.

Satisfaction & Quality Concerns

If you have a concern about workmanship:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of project completion.

  • We will review the issue and, if necessary, address it in accordance with industry standards and the project agreement.

Payments

Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise stated in your contract. Unpaid balances may delay warranty consideration or future service.
