Our Collaborative Four-Step Process
Step 1. A Quick Call
Hi, I'm Steven Goushian, owner and operator at Top G Concrete. I'll talk through your goals, timeline, and budget so we’re aligned from the start. If you have photos and basic measurements we can give you a ballpark cost estimate right away.
We believe in a clear, collaborative, and seamless journey from the first conversation to the final reveal
Step 2. An Onsite Estimate
Meet us at your home as we gather exact measurements, provide color and finishing options to choose from and discuss deposit and site prep requirements to get started.
Step 3. Scheduling & Preparation
Our typical season for concrete installation begins in March and ends in October, weather permitting. We schedule 3-4 weeks out. You are not on the schedule until you have approved your quote with signature and deposit. Timely approval of a quote on your end will ensure you are being scheduled as soon as possible.
Step 4. Installation & Final Walkthrough
Our crew completes the work on the agreed upon day and cleans up thoroughly.
(rescheduling can be expected during rainy season) You do not need to be home while your concrete is being installed but we do prefer you are home for a final walk through to ensure you are happy with the results.
